Are you a parent or guardian seeking therapy for your child in school?
If so and you are paying privately you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of the costs you may incur. This will be provided to you prior to starting services, including if you are using ESA+ funds or wish to submit a receipt to your insurance for reimbursement.
We have a flat treatment rate of $126 for a 45-minute session, but we may also include a travel fee depending on your location.

Director and Occupational Therapist
Hi! I started Apex OT in 2015. I have been an occupational therapist since 2000 and have been in North Carolina since 2006. I’m an OT “nerd”, always keeping up with research and learning new ways to support caregivers and children so they can enjoy typical family and school activities when there are behavioral, sensory, or motor challenges. I believe that children will do well when they can and am inspired by work by Ross Greene and Lynn Lyons. I can be reached at alicia@apexot.com

Hi! I am Rachelle Warren. I am a mom to two human kiddos and 2 furry ones. I have worked in early childhood education most of my life. My favorite things are spending time with my kids, cuddling with my kitties and taking long walks. I am so honored to be an employee of Apex Occupational Therapy and to help support a female owned company that helps children and teens be the best versions of themselves!
