We provide individual and group therapy for children ages 3 and up in the Triangle region of North Carolina. We have experienced therapists and positive results.

Parent Consultation
We can give you guidance to support your anxious child, understand the process for getting support through public schools (ages 3 and up), and how to manage defiance and other challenging behaviors.
Group Therapy
We offer groups to support children with social skills, emotional regulation, managing energy levels, and anxiety. We work with children and give tools to parents. See our group schedule here.
